Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed patient of tension type headache (both episodic \& chronic) on conventional drug therapy of either sex in the age group of 18 to 60 years willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancy as assessed by detailed history of the patient
- •Subjects doing regular exercise as confirmed by history of the patient
- •Subjects with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, muscular disorders etc. as assessed by history, general examination and medical records of the patient
- •Subjects with history of major illnesses or on treatment for renal disease, spine diseases, heart diseases, endocrine disorders \& tuberculosis, etc. as confirmed by history, general examination and medical records of the patient
- •Subjects with history of smoking as confirmed by history of the patient
