Name Time Method Reduction of mean fat consumption in diet verified by the method 24-h dietary recalls (24DR) from the observation of a variation of at least 15% in pre and post intervention measurements.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction of the total body weight verified by the method of measuring the weight in a mechanical digital scale; from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre and post intervention measurements. <br>
