Inclusion Criteria
Children 5 to 10 years old with obesity according to BMI / I according to WHO and SISVAN parameters. In addition, the possibility of attending biweekly meetings for the period necessary for the development of activities together with parents and / or guardian residing in the same house.
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria will be children with mental and / or psychological illness that interferes with comprehension and those who are undergoing dietary / nutritional monitoring during the period.
