Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All cases of breast (stage I, II, operable cases of stage III A) carcinoma, in whom modified radical mastectomy is planned.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Inoperable stage III and stage IV carcinoma breast
  • •2\. Patients who had received prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy
  • •3\. Patients who have received prior radiotherapy to the axilla
  • •4\. Patients in whom prior surgical intervention of the axilla had been done
