- •All cases of breast (stage I, II, operable cases of stage III A) carcinoma, in whom modified radical mastectomy is planned.
排除标准
- •1. Inoperable stage III and stage IV carcinoma breast
- •2. Patients who had received prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy
- •3. Patients who have received prior radiotherapy to the axilla
- •4. Patients in whom prior surgical intervention of the axilla had been done
