Inclusion Criteria
Able to walk more than 25 meters
- Diagnosed idiopathic Parkinson's syndrome
- stable medication in the last four weeks
- no change in medication in the next six weeks
- no or mild cognitive impairment
Exclusion Criteria
unfit to walk
- Change in medication in the last four or next six weeks
- moderate/severe cognitive impairment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Gait parameters (gait speed, stride length, cadence, gait variability, double support time) are recorded with the GAITrite system at each training point as well as for input and output measurement. A basic assessment with anamnesis and life-related questionnaires (Freezing of Gait Questionaire, Falls Efficacy Scale International Version, Short-Form Health Survey 12, Montreal Cognitive Assessment) as well as hand strength (hand dynamometer) is carried out for the initial measurement and output measurement.

Name Time Method The training intensity and extent are determined by means of the Borg scale, completed meters and completed exercises.
