all patients with diagnosis of IBS who come to Poursina Hakim clinic in Isfahan city
exclusion criteria: patients with concurrent chronic diseases, major depression and severe bipolar disease who need specific psychological treatments; patients who consume psychotropic drugs; noncooperation with executors
