- •1. Patients aged 18 and above
- •2. Patients attending out-patients clinics at Asan Medical Center, Seoul
- •3. Patients with a history of contrast agent-related adverse reactions who can provide relevant information (e.g., types and severity of previous contrast agent-related adverse drug reactions)
- •4. Patients with a medical necessity for contrast-enhanced study
- •5. Patients scheduled to take prophylactic medication before contrast-enhanced CT
排除标准
- •1. Patients with two or more previous contrast agent adverse reactions
- •2. Patients who have participated in the study five or more times
- •3. Patients who do not wish to take prophylactic mediation
- •4. Patients who have used CT contrast agents within 7 days prior to screening
- •5. Patients who have experienced allergic reactions within 7 days prior to screening
- •6. Patients with a history of anaphylaxis
