Inclusion Criteria

Adult patients with pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension, defined as mPAP =25 mmHg and PAWP =15 mmHg

and

Consent by Broad Consent der Lungenbiobank Heidelberg der Datenverarbeitung von Daten der klinischen Routine (retrospective inclusion) or the specific declaration of consent (prospective inclusion).

Exclusion Criteria

- Minors and patients incapable of consent
- Patients with congenital or acquired heart defects with a shunt
- Acute cardiac decompensation
- patients with unclear determination of body weight or evidence of incorrect determination of body weight
