Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed patients with chronic ankle instability using CAIT score less than 25
Individuals with BMI more than 23 acc to asian scale
Exclusion Criteria
Acute ankle instability
Recent Lower extremity or upper extremity fractures(last 6 months)
patients with a history of cardiovascular and recent surgeries(last 6 months)
uncontrolled diabetes less than 140/90mmhg
uncontrolled hypertension less than 180ml/dl
