Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologist ASA physical status class I and II
- •Both gender
- •Age more than 60 years undergoing elective procedures.
- •Patients or legally responsible relatives consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA class III IV due to other systemic comorbidities and V
- •Age less than 60 years
- •Severe or uncompensated cardiovascular renal hepatic or endocrine disease
- •Refusal to consent by patient or legally responsible relative.
- •Patients who are intubated and on mechanical ventilation
- •Emergency surgeries
