Inclusion Criteria
Patients of both sexes;
Age from 7 to 15 years;
Pacients with persistent asthma
moderate and severe;
In outpatient follow-up
regular.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers who had episodes of recent respiratory infections (less than 30 days);
Cardiovascular, orthopedic and rheumatologic diseases;
Non-performance of lung function tests;
Absences from sessions (25% or more).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1 will be the improvement of disease control through the infant asthma control test for children under 12 years C-ACT and ACT for children over 12 years of age comparing the initial and final outcome.;Expected outcome 2 will be the improvement of quality of life through the PAQLQ instrument analyzing the value before and after the intervention.;Expected outcome 3 will be the improvement of sleep quality analyzed before and after the intervention by the Sleep Behavior Questionnaire, for the parents or guardians of children from 7 to 14 years of age and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PQSI) for children and adolescentes. ;Expected outcome 4 will be the difference of the values of the manuvacuometry in the initial and final evaluation, which includes the measures of the maximum inspiratory pressure and maximum expiratory pressure.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1 will be spirometry, analyzing the measurements of FVC, FEV1, FEF 25 and 75% and the FVC / FEV1 ratio, pre and post intervention.<br>;Expected outcome 2 will be the evaluation by IOS, evaluating the following parameters: R5, R20, R5-R20 and X5, comparing the result of the initial and final evaluation.<br>;Expected outcome 3 will be the physical tolerance for the 3min Step test; including measures of vital signs: SpO2, Pa, Fc, Fr and Borg scale, analyzing the initial and final evaluation.
