Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\* Partial meniscal problems seen on a MRI scan and fysical exam
- •\* No more pathology in the knee
- •\* Understanding (speaking and reading) of the dutch language
- •\* No arthroscopy in the same knee before
- •\* No complains on the contra\-lateral knee
- •\* A knee without ligimentiair instability
- •\* Fysical capable to perform the excercise\-training
- •\* Age between 18 and 50 years
- •\* Had a partial meniscectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\* stiched meniscus
- •\* Micro\-fracture
- •\* Patella\-femoral complains
- •\* No physical or mental complains wich can have an effect on the knee\-rehabilitation
- •\* The treatment is not allowed to have an effect on other physical complains
