Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 to 99 (—)
Inclusion Criteria
- •* Partial meniscal problems seen on a MRI scan and fysical exam
- •* No more pathology in the knee
- •* Understanding (speaking and reading) of the dutch language
- •* No arthroscopy in the same knee before
- •* No complains on the contra-lateral knee
- •* A knee without ligimentiair instability
- •* Fysical capable to perform the excercise-training
- •* Age between 18 and 50 years
- •* Had a partial meniscectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •* stiched meniscus
- •* Micro-fracture
- •* Patella-femoral complains
- •* No physical or mental complains wich can have an effect on the knee-rehabilitation
- •* The treatment is not allowed to have an effect on other physical complains
