Ages
18 to 99 (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • •* Partial meniscal problems seen on a MRI scan and fysical exam
  • •* No more pathology in the knee
  • •* Understanding (speaking and reading) of the dutch language
  • •* No arthroscopy in the same knee before
  • •* No complains on the contra-lateral knee
  • •* A knee without ligimentiair instability
  • •* Fysical capable to perform the excercise-training
  • •* Age between 18 and 50 years
  • •* Had a partial meniscectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •* stiched meniscus
  • •* Micro-fracture
  • •* Patella-femoral complains
  • •* No physical or mental complains wich can have an effect on the knee-rehabilitation
  • •* The treatment is not allowed to have an effect on other physical complains
