Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\* Partial meniscal problems seen on a MRI scan and fysical exam
  • •\* No more pathology in the knee
  • •\* Understanding (speaking and reading) of the dutch language
  • •\* No arthroscopy in the same knee before
  • •\* No complains on the contra\-lateral knee
  • •\* A knee without ligimentiair instability
  • •\* Fysical capable to perform the excercise\-training
  • •\* Age between 18 and 50 years
  • •\* Had a partial meniscectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\* stiched meniscus
  • •\* Micro\-fracture
  • •\* Patella\-femoral complains
  • •\* No physical or mental complains wich can have an effect on the knee\-rehabilitation
  • •\* The treatment is not allowed to have an effect on other physical complains
