Eligibility Criteria

Ages
18 to 99 (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • * Partial meniscal problems seen on a MRI scan and fysical exam
  • * No more pathology in the knee
  • * Understanding (speaking and reading) of the dutch language
  • * No arthroscopy in the same knee before
  • * No complains on the contra-lateral knee
  • * A knee without ligimentiair instability
  • * Fysical capable to perform the excercise-training
  • * Age between 18 and 50 years
  • * Had a partial meniscectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • * stiched meniscus
  • * Micro-fracture
  • * Patella-femoral complains
  • * No physical or mental complains wich can have an effect on the knee-rehabilitation
  • * The treatment is not allowed to have an effect on other physical complains
