Retrospective study analyzing the effect of repetitive ovarian stimulation on ovarian response in oocyte donors. (Researcher initiated study)
Material and methods: The study will include all the oocyte donors who have undergone 3 or more stimulation cycles for oocyte donation in Nova IVI Fertility, Ahmedabad between 1 Jan 2015 to 31st December 2018.
The age of the donors will be between 21 years to 30 years and who have undergone routine oocyte donor screening protocol.
The interval between 2 cycles will be minimum 90 days. Only those donors who have undergone IVF stimulation with the same dose of gonadotropins (based on age, AFC and BMI) in each cycle will be included.
Oocyte donations to recipients with severe male factor (severe oligo-asthenospermia) will be excluded from the study.
