Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mandibular premolar with single root canal
- •Teeth with symptomatic apical periodontitis
- •Teeth with PAI score less than 2
- •Patient ready to give written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non restorable and periodontally compromised teeth
- •Teeth with calcification and resorption
- •Medically compromised patient
- •Patient with TMJ problem and reduced mouth opening
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patient on antibiotic and steroid therapy
