Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Has at least one primary caregiver a blood relative or A person whom client stays with more than a year and who is willing to participate
- •2\. Has ICD 10 diagnosis of bipolar affective disorder.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients enrolled for any other psychological therapy
- •2\. Primary care giver with mental illness
- •3\. Patient has co\-morbid major mental illness (alcohol dependence /other psychiatric diagnosis).
