Inclusion Criteria
Male or female subjects who are =18 years of age, on the day of signing informed consent
- Ability to consent
- Non-infectious intermediate, posterior or panuveitis or retinal vasculitis
Exclusion Criteria
- Missing or unwilling to consent
- Any prior therapy with DMARDs
- Intravitreal therapy with dexamethasone, VEGF-Inhibitors, triamcinolone or sirolimus in the last 6 months
- Intravitreal therapy with fluocinolone acetonide or methotrexate in the last 36 months
- Intraocular surgery within the last 6 months
- Severe opacities of cornea, lens or vitreous that preclude assessment of inflammatory activity of the posterior pole
- Conceivable inability to attend regularly at participating centre
