- •Eligible patients are 18 years and older, sufficient Dutch or English speaking and reading skills and admitted for at least 24 hours.
排除标准
- •The following exclusion criteria will be used: inability to perform independent transfers prior to hospital admission, delirium, obligatory bed rest as indicated by the attending physician, expected to be discharged before 12AM on the day of measurement and patients receiving end of life care.
