Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria includes women with two or more pregnancies, H/o previous spontaneous mid trimester abortions, H/o encirclage operations in previous pregnancies, USG findings with cervical dilatation of internal os, shortening of cervix, funnelling, cervical length less than 25mm.
Cervical stitch criteria includes the women with cervical incompetence in the gestational period of12-18 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria includes uterine development defects, uterine anomalies, foetal abnormalities, fulminant pre-eclampsia with BP >160/110mmHg, Abruption placenta, placenta Previa and polyhydramnios
