1. Children diagnosed as Cerebral Palsy spastic diplegia.
2. Age group 8 to 12 years.
3. Gross Motor Function Classification Scale level II and III.
4. Children who are able to communicate (understand instructions given by investigator).
5. Modified Mini Mental Scale >30 (27).
1. Children who have undergone surgery of upper extremity in last 6 months.
2. Children with mental retardation.
3. Presence of sensory problems, visual and auditory problems.
4. Presence of spasticity in upper extremity.
5. Any fixed contracture or deformity of spine.
6. Children with neuromusculoskeletal disorders other than CP spastic diplegia.
7. Any selective rhizotomy surgery.
