Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children of 0\-15yrs age, of either sex, posted for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
- •ASA physical status I \& II
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal by parents for the procedure
- •Fever and respiratory tract infection
- •Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- •Children with anticipated difficult airway
- •Congenital anomalies involving ear\-
- •Surgery involving the airway and oropharynx
- •Emergency surgeries.
