Secure diagnosis of myopathy, neuropathy, neuromuscular transmission disorder
- Able to give consent or legal guardian able to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
- patient with unclear neuromuscular disease without certain diagnosis
- Unable to give consent (patient or legal guardian)

Name Time Method Assessment of nature and frequency of physical activity in patients with neuromuscular diseases and evaluation of the subjective effect.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reconstruction of subjective perception of impact of sport and physical activity. <br>Percentage of patients experiencing pain after movement and most common diagnosis with this experience. <br>Detection of negative assumptions about physical activity (e.g. results in disease progression) and reasons for these beliefs.
