1. Patients in whom pulmonary thrombo-embolism cannot be ruled out clinically,
2. Age >= 12 years.
1. Age less than 12 years.
2. Patients with a known case of congenital heart disease with primary pulmonary thrombo-embolism or secondary chronic thrombo-embolic pulmonary hypertension
3. Patients with known contraindications to the procedures, including contrast media reactions and end-stage renal disease.
4. Hemodynamically unstable patients with ongoing multiple inotropes or vasopressor therapy.
5. Suboptimal or inconclusive scans.
6. Antenatal women.
