Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients in whom pulmonary thrombo\-embolism cannot be ruled out clinically,
- •2\. Age \>\= 12 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age less than 12 years.
- •2\. Patients with a known case of congenital heart disease with primary pulmonary thrombo\-embolism or secondary chronic thrombo\-embolic pulmonary hypertension
- •3\. Patients with known contraindications to the procedures, including contrast media reactions and end\-stage renal disease.
- •4\. Hemodynamically unstable patients with ongoing multiple inotropes or vasopressor therapy.
- •5\. Suboptimal or inconclusive scans.
- •6\. Antenatal women.
