入选标准
- •1. Patients in whom pulmonary thrombo-embolism cannot be ruled out clinically,
- •2. Age >= 12 years.
排除标准
- •1. Age less than 12 years.
- •2. Patients with a known case of congenital heart disease with primary pulmonary thrombo-embolism or secondary chronic thrombo-embolic pulmonary hypertension
- •3. Patients with known contraindications to the procedures, including contrast media reactions and end-stage renal disease.
- •4. Hemodynamically unstable patients with ongoing multiple inotropes or vasopressor therapy.
- •5. Suboptimal or inconclusive scans.
- •6. Antenatal women.
