- •Patients who are diagnosed vocal fold atrophy, sulcus vocals or vocal fold scar by using laryngoscopy and maximum phonation time is less than 15 seconds.
排除标准
- •Patiens who underwent thyroplasty (type 1) or injection therapy on vocal fold, or are not tolerable to surgery under local anesthesia.
