•1. Patients having atleast 2 clinical sign and symptoms of Manyastambh (Cervical
•Spondylosis) with or without radiological changes i.e.
•Shoola (pain)
•Stambh (stiffness)
•Gaurav (Heaviness)
•Chimchimayan (Numbness)
•Sparshasahatva (Tenderness)
•2. Patients above 21 years and below 70 years.
•3. Patients of either sex.

•1. Cervical vertebra fracture
•2. Recent cervical, spinal, or shoulder surgery or implanted instrumentation or
•previous surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
•3. Myofascial pain
•4. Cervical rib syndrome
•5. Cervical canal stenosis
•6. Congenital torticollis
•7. Patients suffering from any infectious disease (like tuberculosis), metabolic
•disease (like diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism), chronic diseases (like
•rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, ankylosing spondylitis).
•8. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•9. Contraindication and allergy to any drug in Vatagajankush rasa and Mahamasha
