入排标准

入选标准

  • 1. Patients having atleast 2 clinical sign and symptoms of Manyastambh (Cervical
  • Spondylosis) with or without radiological changes i.e.
  • Shoola (pain)
  • Stambh (stiffness)
  • Gaurav (Heaviness)
  • Chimchimayan (Numbness)
  • Sparshasahatva (Tenderness)
  • 2. Patients above 21 years and below 70 years.
  • 3. Patients of either sex.

排除标准

  • 1. Cervical vertebra fracture
  • 2. Recent cervical, spinal, or shoulder surgery or implanted instrumentation or
  • previous surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
  • 3. Myofascial pain
  • 4. Cervical rib syndrome
  • 5. Cervical canal stenosis
  • 6. Congenital torticollis
  • 7. Patients suffering from any infectious disease (like tuberculosis), metabolic
  • disease (like diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism), chronic diseases (like
  • rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, ankylosing spondylitis).
  • 8. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
  • 9. Contraindication and allergy to any drug in Vatagajankush rasa and Mahamasha
