Inclusion Criteria

1. Age > 18 years
2. Diagnosed ST-segment elevate acute myocardial infarction who received non-specific thrombolytic agent (SK) based on the decision of physician according to recommended doses from Chiang Mai cardiac networks

Exclusion Criteria

1. No following electrocardiogram from any cause
2. Hemodynamic and/or electrical instability
3. Death before result interpretation
4. Contraindication to a thrombolytic agent such as previous intracranial hemorrhage or stroke of unknown origin at anytime, ischemic stroke in the preceding 6 months, central nervous system damage or neoplasms or arteriovenous malformation, recent major trauma/surgery/head injury (within the preceding month), gastrointestinal bleeding within the past month, known bleeding disorder, aortic dissection, non-compressible puncture in the past 24 hours (e.g. liver biopsy, lumbar puncture)
