入选标准
- •1. Age > 18 years
- •2. Diagnosed ST-segment elevate acute myocardial infarction who received non-specific thrombolytic agent (SK) based on the decision of physician according to recommended doses from Chiang Mai cardiac networks
排除标准
- •1. No following electrocardiogram from any cause
- •2. Hemodynamic and/or electrical instability
- •3. Death before result interpretation
- •4. Contraindication to a thrombolytic agent such as previous intracranial hemorrhage or stroke of unknown origin at anytime, ischemic stroke in the preceding 6 months, central nervous system damage or neoplasms or arteriovenous malformation, recent major trauma/surgery/head injury (within the preceding month), gastrointestinal bleeding within the past month, known bleeding disorder, aortic dissection, non-compressible puncture in the past 24 hours (e.g. liver biopsy, lumbar puncture)
