Inclusion Criteria
Patients with teeth presenting periradicular endodontic compromise; oncologic patients; patients aged between 18 and 80 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient who will not be available for proservation visits; patients who have received antibiotic therapy in the last 3 months; patients who have any condition that limits their survival to less than 3 months.

Name Time Method It is expected to observe the periapical healing determined by radiographic examination through the PAI (periapical index) to assess the degree of success of endodontic treatment. Associated with the clinical examination, it is also expected to verify the absence of postoperative sensitivity and aims at the maintenance of the tooth in the oral cavity.
