Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \= 18 years
- •\- Myocardial infarction (STEMI or NSTEMI) with PCI prior to diagnosis of the ventricular thrombus and within the same hospitalization
- •\- Ventricular thrombus confirmed by TTE and/or cardiac MR
- •\- Initiation of oral anticoagulation treatment
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients with anticoagulation therapies other than DOAC or Marcumar
