- •Age = 18 years
- •- Myocardial infarction (STEMI or NSTEMI) with PCI prior to diagnosis of the ventricular thrombus and within the same hospitalization
- •- Ventricular thrombus confirmed by TTE and/or cardiac MR
- •- Initiation of oral anticoagulation treatment

- •- Patients with anticoagulation therapies other than DOAC or Marcumar
