- To compare the incidence of hypotension in two groups with different baseline perfusion indices after subarachnoid block in patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery.

It is a prospective observational comparative cohort study to know the correlation between the incidence of hypotension and baseline perfusion index in patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery under subarachnoid block.Here we see the perfusion index in 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60 mins after giving spinal and if blood pressure falls map below 20% then we ll give vasopressor and check perfusion index after 1 min. Increase in perfusion index where Blood pressure will fall due to vasodilation.

- •1 Lower abdominal surgeries 2 Age 18-60 years 3 ASA physical status I and II.
排除标准
- •1 Severe respiratory disease 2 Cardiac disease 3 Obesity(BMI>25) 4 Uncontrolled hypertension 5 Peripheral vascular disease 6 Height less than 150 cm 7 Patient exceeding maximum MABL.
