Inclusion Criteria
Football players with hamstring tightness having popliteal angle less than 160 degree.
Competitive players playing from atleat 2 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Players undergone any lower limb surgery or a fracture injury within
past 6 months.
Players with neurological symptoms in the Lower Extremity.
Players on oral Anti-inflammatory or Analgesic medications.
