Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade I/II patients
2.Aged 18 to 75 years
3. BMI <35kg/m2,
Exclusion Criteria
•Cervical spine disease limiting neck movement.
•Morbid obese.
•Any history of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
•Upper respiratory tract symptoms in the previous 10 days.
•Preoperative sore throat.
•Poor dentition with high risk of damage.
•Mouth opening of < 2.5 cm or history of difficult intubation.
•Any facial,laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem.
