- •Aged more than 18 years and having their own mobile phones.
排除标准
- •Pregnant/Lactating women.
- •Those who are leaving the job in next 6 months.
- •Those who are enrolled in other similar studies.
- •Those who are physically challenged.
- •Self reported history of Myocardial Infarction/Stroke/Psychiatric disorders.
