â?? Female patients in the age group 15-50 attending the OPD during the specified time of the study will get included. Hormonal evaluation will be performed before starting the treatment
Before Study
1.Age less than 15 years.
2.Patients with history of hypertrophic and keloidal scarring.
3.Infections- Herpes simplex and staphylococcal infection in the local site.
4.Drugs- Patients on aspirin or other anticoagulant therapy. They may be treated cautiously by stopping the therapy 10 days prior to the procedure.
5.Superficial wounds in the procedure area.
6.Patient with psoriasis and vitiligo for the risk of koebnerization
During Study
If patient develop severe side effect / intolerant to the treatment given like Burning, Scarring ,Pigmentary changes, Post treatment erythema, Pain ,Purpura ,Ocular complications due to accidental injury and Paradoxical hypertrichosis
Will be excluded from study
