Inclusion Criteria

Lack of mother's addiction, Lack of maternal exposure to underlying diseases and gestational diabetes mellitus and pre-eclampsia, Single pregnancy, delivery at 37-34 weeks of pregnancy, The absence of abnormalities in the baby at birth
Exclusion criteria: Mother's unwillingness to cooperate, There is a metabolic disorder in the baby, The death of the baby for any cause during the study period, A newborn with severe respiratory distress and hospital infection require an NPO, The continued absence of women in training sessions, Taking antidepressant drugs in the mother, Inability to breastfeed to the discretion of the physician, The presence of infectious diseases of the breast, Mother's unavailability when completing the questionnaire And attending lactation training classes during pregnancy
