Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient undergoing transurethral bladder tumor resection with elective surgery
  • (bladder tumor with bladder muscle invasion)
  • \-Adults (over 20 and under 70\)
  • \-American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I \~ II
  • \-Patients who agreed to the clinical study

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-Patients who do not agree with clinical research
  • \-Patients with contraindications and allergic reactions to drugs
  • \-Patients with known or suspected blood clotting disorders.
  • \-Patients with infection at the injection site
  • \-Patients with mental or nervous system diseases
  • \-Patients unable to communicate
  • \- pregnant woman
