- •1)All children aged 1 month to 18 years admitted to PICU with diagnosis of sepsis
排除标准
- •1)Hospital stay <24hours
- •2)Brain death at admission
- •3)Priori decision to withhold or withdraw treatment
- •4)a recent febrile illness (within 2 weeks), recent use of anti-inflammatory medications (within 2 weeks),
- •4)any history of chronic or acute disease even remotely associated with inflammation
