- •3- (ASA): I-II
- •4- Operation: Prostate surgery

- •-ASA :III-IV
- •-Patient refusal
- •-Contraindications to regional anesthesia bleeding tendency
- •-Allergy to local anesthetics or opioids
- •-lumber vertebra anomaly
- •-Failed cases (failure of sensory level block)
- •-Respiratory disorder
- •-Morbid obese with comorbidities
- •-Hepatic patient (bleeding disorder)
