Inclusion Criteria
Adults with obesity; any race or color; nonmenopausal; no change in body weight recently; did not perform bariatric surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Use of medication or supplements for weight control that alter the intestinal microbiota; smokers;
drinkers; with complications; cardiac; respiratory; diabetes mellitus; decompensated hypothyroidism; cancer; pregnant women; lactating; illiterate.
