Inclusion Criteria
- •Having a History of Infertility
- •Treated by In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
- •No History of Psychological Problems
- •No Smell Problem
- •Not Using Sedatives, Narcotics and Benzodiazepines
- •No Allergy to Lemon Balm
- •Using a Type of Ovulation Stimulation Therapy with Gonadotropins
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness to Continue Participating in Research
- •Allergy to Lemon Balm
- •No History of Inhalation Aromatherapy
