1.Patients in the age group 8 to 25 year
2.The diagnosis of the disease shall be done with sign and symptoms of disease of Tundikeri ( Tonsilites) i.e. Gala Shotha, Gala Prapaka (Redness of mucous membrane), Jwara (Fever) ,Gala Shopha (Enlargement of Tonsil), Gala Daha (Sore throat) ,Gala Toda (Pain in throat) .
1.Patient below 8 and above 25 years.
2.Cases which require surgical intervention shall be excluded.
3.Patients suffering from pustular tonsillitis, kissing/Vincentâ??s angina, lower respiratory tract infection and other chronic debilitating disease like Tuberculosis (Rajayakshma), Diabetes mellitus (Madhumeha) will be excluded or withdrawn during study if detected.
4.The patients taking any other systemic drugs which can alter the result of the study.
