Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Postnatal
- •2\. 18\+ years old,
- •3\. for qualitative interviews\- postpartum period up to 3 months
- •For RCT\- postpartum period up to two week and within 2 weeks of each other
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. women below 18 years of age
- •2\. Women with high risk pregnancies
- •2\. Women who delivered preterm, suffer severe maternal complications or they or their baby are otherwise sick in the first week
