1. known case of Hypertension
2. on anti depressant and anti psychotic treatment

To study the role of Kushmand choornavati and tagar ghanvati as anxiolytic and sedative as pre-medication in spinal anaesthesiaTimepoint: The measurement will be taken on following interval <br/ ><br>1. At first visit day before surgery <br/ ><br>2. On previous night of surgery <br/ ><br>3. Three hours before surgery <br/ ><br>4. 30 Minutes before surgery <br/ ><br>5. During operative <br/ ><br>6. Post Operative(15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2hr)
