- 18 Years to 85 Years (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •In order to participate patients must:
- •\- Have Osteoarthritis of the knee in one or both knees.
- •\- Be over the age of 18 and under the age of 85\.
- •\- Have access to a smartphone
Exclusion Criteria
- •You will not be able to participate if you:
- •\- Have a history of significant injury to either leg in the previous 6\-months that
- •required surgery.
- •\- Are unable to read and speak English
- •\- Are unable to commit to an 8\-week intervention
