Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The primary endpoint is defined as heart rate. Heart rate is expected to be lower during light exercise than during moderate and high exercise (Charles & Nixon, 2019). Exploratory parameters of HRV are considered, which also allow a differentiation of stress levels. Individual personality traits of the person seem to have an influence on how quickly the heart rate can adapt to a situation. The aim of the study is to identify these exploratively.
