Group Intervention Description Internal Iliac artery ligation group internal iliac artery ligation in this group the patients will undergo bilateral internal iliac artery ligation prior to the hysterectomy procedure Internal Iliac artery ligation group Cesarean Hysterectomy in this group the patients will undergo bilateral internal iliac artery ligation prior to the hysterectomy procedure Hysterectomy only Cesarean Hysterectomy in this group patients will undergo cesarean hysterectomy only
