Inclusion Criteria

Age equal to or greater than 60 years, to be literate,to be female.
Diagnosis of depression.
Being on medication for depression, at the stage of relapse prevention, that is, at the maximum dose desired and with symptoms at most moderate (GDS <10).
Agree to participate in the study and fill out the Informed Consent Form, pursuant to Resolution 196 of the National Health Council.
Have a commitment to participate in the program for a period of 20 weeks.

Exclusion Criteria

Dementia, Chemical dependence, clinical degenerative disease or associated with high morbidity and mortality
