- •Diagnosis of COPD (Physician and FEV1/FVC < 70% predicted) with stage 2 to 4 and significant smoking history of a minimum of 10 pack years
- •Exertional dyspnoea of 2-4 according to MMRC
排除标准
- •Comorbidities limiting safety to exercise
- •Inability to understand English
- •Completion of pulmonary rehabilitation within previous 18 months
- •Acute exacerbation of COPD within last 4 weeks
