1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe stroke;
2. Patients with acute cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or mixed stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI within 72 hours of onset; those who may have a history of stroke in the past, but no obvious neurological deficit remains;
3. National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score >= 20;
4. Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation-II (APACHE-II)>=10 points;
5. AGI grades are I-II grades;
6. Age 18-80 years old;
7. Hospitalization time >= 14 days;
8. The patients or their families were informed and signed the informed consent.
1. Those with enteral nutrition contraindications such as gastrointestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal surgery and intestinal fistula;
2. Intestinal tumor patients;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Those with skin infections, ulcers, and scars are not suitable for acupuncture acupoint therapy;
5. The disease is endangered and the expected survival time is less than 14 days;
6. The hemodynamic status deteriorates and the dose of vasoactive drugs needs to be increased;
7. Emergency surgery, craniocerebral trauma patients, and patients receiving thrombolytic therapy.
