Patients with a history of an arterial hypertension for more than 12 months, proven to have unilateral primary aldosteronism (PA) through adrenal venous sampling procedure
-Age: 18 to 75 years
-Patients not suitable for surgery or unwilling to undergo surgical resection
-Laboratory values like studyprotocol.
·Symptomatic peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
·History of obstructive sleep apnea
·Anatomical difficulties: High-grade aortic stenosis, access site impossibilities
·Renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min)
·Severe contrast media intolerance
·Pregnancy
