Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 18 years old
- •Prevalence case of hemodialysis at least 3 months
- •Hemodialysis 3 times/week with adequate Kt/V \> 1\.2
- •Serum albumin \> 3 mg/dL
- •Vascular access are eligible for blood flow rate \> 400 ml/min
- •Adequate dry weight with BCM \+/\- OH 2 kg
- •Hemodynamic stability more than 2 weeks
- •Inform consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic infection or active cardiovascular diseases 3 month prior to recruitment
- •Metastasis malignancy
- •Advance cirrhosis
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Contraindication to anticoagulant
- •Refuse to informed consent
- •Serum albumin levels \< 3 mg/d
